How do I return an item?   If you would like to return something, you will need to email us at info@babybambu.comto receive the Return Authorization Number for your product. No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number. We will also provide you with the appropriate address where to ship your return. Once we have received your package we will inspect the contents. All products need to be in original packaging. If the product is in satisfactory condition we will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card you used for your original purchase. Please make sure that you include your name, address, telephone number, order number, and e-mail address.
