BabyBambu.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout (www.internationalcheckout.com), to fulfill orders for our International customers.
Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing.
You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at cs@internationalcheckout.com.
How do I place my order?
Simply place items in your cart and click the International Checkout Button. Please note some items may not be eligible for International Shipment. Ineligible items will have a note stating that they are not eligible.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. |
| What is the return policy? |

Merchandise purchased from Baby Bambu may be returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase. All returns must be in like new condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace. Baby Bambu credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Returns made within 7 days of receipt will not be charged a restocking fee. All other returns will carry a restocking fee of 15%; items returned in less than new condition may be subject to additional restocking fees.
